Use Momo to cheat a little!

Izuku then had an idea. He went to Momo as everyone was prepping themselves, Aizawa hack g given them a few minutes to do so, to stretch or psyche themselves up, or whatever. If he could utilize her magic, just a little bit for this, he might stand a decent chance! "Momo," he whispered to her.

"Yes, Master?" Momo whispered back, the quiet tone of her voice making her feel safe calling him that."

"I can't control the output of my Quirk well enough right now, it damages my body too much. I can't afford to cripple myself too much, or I'm screwed! And not in the good way we normally do!" he joked, trying to calm his nerves.

"So what can I do? Unless the wish is sexual somehow, my magic can't help you," Momo whispered.

Meanwhile, Aizawa noticed them, but instead of eavesdropping, he subtly used his Quirk on Momo, assuming Izuku was asking her to help him cheat somehow.

Momo didn't even notice her Quirk's temporary absence, more focused on her magic. "I thought of that... I wish to be able to fully control my Quirk's power output, so I'm not using so much I damage my body, unless I do so deliberately in a time I really need to, so I get through this test in good enough shape to give you and Ochaco a good time after school," Izuku hissed to her.

Momo nodded, discreetly snapping her fingers. "Granted. If I may ask though, why not wish your body could handle the full measure of your Quirk?"

"No, I'm already cheating a little here, I don't want to be fully reliant on your powers," Izuku muttered back as he felt her spell wash over him. "A little boost like this is fine, but I want to put in genuine work towards fully mastering my abilities..."

Momo nodded and they parted ways as Aizawa gave a two minute warning to everyone, letting up his Quirk on Momo.
