It only made sense to move away from the mouth of the dungeon, and so Nami decided to take the stairis going up. Like a shadow she moved quickly and undetected, following the walls as she carefully avoided the camera transponder snails crawling about. Thinking about it however, she wondered just how well this game was being broadcast to the audience outside.

Her skin crawled at the thought of having that pitiful display of her earlier being manhandled seen by hundreds of the public eye.

"Just what kind of sick game is this?" she muttered.

Her back soon pressed towards another wall, she could see the exit around the corner up ahead. A wooden door, easily large enough to fit a giant stood before her. Several armed guards stood at its feet.

Before she could even devise a plan of escape, however, a black mist then swept up from under the door.

Screams of terror quickly filled the corridor, and just as quickly as they began — they were silenced.

The wooden doors literally crumbled and splintered as it was pulled down into the abyss' embrace, following quickly behind the soldiers that had already been swallowed. Once it had had its fill, the void then pulled backwards, through the now open entrance and into its master's body.

She had only met this man once before, and only briefly at that. But even back then there was something about him that just didn't sit right. Everything else about him she drew from the news and word on the street. One of the newly crowned Four Emperors of the New World, and extremely dangerous.

Regardless of it all, the rules of this game had spiraled into depths beyond unreasonable.

Not only was there Blackbeard blocking the entrance, but members of his crew as well —Individuals she recognized by the faces of their respective wanted posters.

From her position, Nami would have to confront the infamous pirate lord if she wanted to make it out that door. Otherwise, she could stay hidden and hope for them to move on and away.

Of course, the option of retreating back into the lower levels was open as well...
