Untoward

{@if Advice=True} You can't help but feel a little regret. You realize that the interaction was patronizing and not truly supportive. It hasn’t been all that long since Mila left. The thought of pursuing her to apologize did cross your mind, but you ultimately decided against doing so and to apologize to her next time.{@endif}

{if Space=True} You grab a mug of ale and head back to the cellar, this time making sure that your entrance is obvious and audible. You hand her a mug of beer as she turns around. She thanks you, and you tell her it’s fine while you’re already halfway out the door. You head back out to the main bar where your uncle is {endif}

The bar was pretty empty, so you decided to have a chat with your uncle Wicandar. Your uncle begins asking you if you've noticed anything different about Mila. After a couple of rounds of ale and a few rounds of cryptic questions that accompanied them, Wicandar revealed why he kept asking you about Mila. The reason was that Mila was trans. That she wasn't born the woman that she now appears to be.

{@if Advice=True} You had many questions for him, bout how you felt, what he thought, and how he knew, all of which Wicandar promises to answer once we’re back home, where it was private. {@endif}

{if Space=True} Before you could encourage Wicandar to tell you more about his thoughts on Tgurls, Mila stops by to thank you for the beer, and for giving her space earlier. You caught yourself and didn't offer to walk her home; instead, you suggested Wicandar walk her home. There was some hesistancy but she agreed. {endif}

You nod and give him the usual hug and kiss on the cheek before you head back home.

Encouraged by the recent news about Mila and seeing Wicandar’s excitement. You can’t tell if it’s due to novelty or from a genuine predilection, but regardless, there is joyous excitement nonetheless. So one way or another, Wicander will know you in the same sense that he knows of Mila. You grab and run your straight razor through some unglazed ceramic, then hone it on a thick strip of leather. Using the heat from the bath, slowly render the oil from the soap. The freshly sharpened straight razor slides effortlessly from your toes all the way up to your neck with just a few slick strokes. As a half-elf, body hair was thin and barely noticeable to begin with, but the difference is more in how you feel than how you appear. Being freshly shaved smooth all over, you can’t help but feel sexier, cleaner, and younger.

You exit the oak tub and wear nothing but the droplets of water and the veil of steam that flows from you as you walk up the stairs. You open your dresser to retrieve a fresh set of linens, then put them back with a conniving smile.
