What comes next?
Unpack your things
Eric places his box on your bed while you place yours on the desk.
“I took everything I thought you would need until your father buys you new things. I have a laptop, a few books, some cables for loading, a few DVDs and videogames. And I have a large suitcase with clothes in my car which I will bring you soon.”
“Thanks, that’s very good,” you answer glad, “the laptop is mine. I worked a whole summer in a clothes-store for it.”
“Well, from what I know, your father ordered me to take you shopping in the next few days to get you a very modern computer and new clothes,” Eric mumbles, “I still forget sometimes that you grew up quite poor.”
“Well I not,” you reply, “but that’s not your problem. I guess I will put the things on their places and then go to bed. Except there is something else you want to tell me.”
