Underwear

Underwear was one of those basic and fundamental aspects of daily life. It was a piece of clothing that one kept intimate to themselves, and which supported one throughout their day.

It was, therefore, plain to see that one’s underwear said a lot about them. What you chose to wear down there set the tone for your life in general.

He’d established a mental hierarchy of ynderwear around the time he was fifteen, based on his time in highschool. Underwear, resting so close to one’s manhood, actually served as an advanced portrayal of one’s manhood, both physically and socially.

At the top of the hierarchy was boxer shorts. Loose cotton that covered oneself classically. It was arguably old-fashioned but it was also confident and allowed the most room for one’s boys. Their dicks swung freely in boxers becahse, quite frankly, they had dicks to be swinging.

Then you had the boxer-briefs. These were probably the most common kind James noticed around. Everybody tried to follow what they perceived as the trend after all. They contained one’s manhood nicely, stretched over strong thighs, and were all around solid options.

After boxer-briefs came trunks. All the regularity of boxer-briefs but showing a bit more skin. They were, in James’ opinion, for men that knew they didn’t fot in but were trying to desparately reconcile their inner self with the brutal masculine hierarchy around them

After trunks were briefs. In all their form ms briefs were just childish or feminine. There was no reason you needed to highlight your body in those shapes unless you were trying to draw attention to your ass or you weren’t mature enough to make your own decisions.

Half a step down from briefs were tighty whities. At that point you were deliberately emasculating yourself, wearing the kind of clothes that had explicitly been marketed towards children.

Finally there were thongs and jockstraps, made for guys who prioritized easy access to their rear more than anything else. They were at the bottom of the hierarchy because that was all they were: bottoms.
