Uncle Ben still has the kids [END]

"Yeah, just feeding them dinner," Ben said over the phone. "Then a video. You've got a couple hours, easy."

Gary laughed, hearing the kids clamoring for their "uncle" to bring them hot dogs. "I swear, you spoil those kids so much."

"What can I do?" Ben said. "SOMEBODY has to be the adult in the room while YOU kids are getting down to it."

Ben was a year younger than Gary and Bernie, but he had a point. Bernie and Joyce were already nude, and Bernie was tugging Gary's shorts open while he leaned on the kitchen counter for balance. Full-time nudity at home was a thing of the past at their house, though the household was still pretty casual about it.

"Thanks for playing babysitter on your vacation," Gary said.

"Gotta soak up the kid time while I can," Ben said. "I miss the little monsters. And I'll get my turn with YOU kids tomorrow, with Susan on deck. Bye!"

"Bye!"

Bernie finished undressing Gary and stood up for a naked hug.

"I love how close Ben is to the kids," she said.

"Well, Noah is his, so he's got that going," Gary said.

Bernie laughed. "He gets along better with Sarah," she said. "Noah's too much like Ben as a kid, a know-it-all back-talker. Ben argues. You just let it roll off you, Gary."

"Kid wants to talk, let him talk," Gary says. "I like to hear him out."

"You were born to be a dad, Gary," Bernie said. "It really brings out the best in you."

Noah was Joyce and Ben's son, and Sarah was Gary and Bernie's daughter, but day to day, they were brother and sister, and Naomi Bernice Bernstein was Mom, Gary Menard Bernstein was Dad, and Joyce was Joyce, or sometimes Mama Joyce when she had to lay down the law with Noah. Ben had married his business partner Susan, who he'd met at a sex party a few years ago and hit it off with creatively as well as sexually. Ben and Susan didn't plan on having any kids together, so Ben got to be the fun uncle when he visited, and Susan didn't mind being part of the temporary babysitting crew since the kids had been toilet-trained.

"All RIGHT you two!" Joyce called from the bedroom. "Come fuck me!"

"Yes, mom!" Gary and Bernie chorused.
