Chapter 24
by Wulfblade
What's next?
Tyra comes across via the air elemental
"Yes, it is safe. Make your way across." Diana replies.
Tyra makes her way over to the air elemental, and the elemental takes her inside its incorporeal form and begins moving to the other side of the chasm. Inside its form Tyra gets thrashed around, being spun in all directions in the tornado-like currents of the elemental's interior. The centrifugal **** of the rotation quickly becomes so strong that Tyra's tunic starts to slip, and before the elemental even makes it halfway across the chasm the garment slips off Tyra's legs and get forcibly thrown out, arcing down into the chasm and away into darkness.
Tyra gets deposited onto the other plateau with Diana and the elemental suddenly dissipates in a puff, before Tyra recovers from the dizziness to find herself sitting on her ass... without her tunic. All she sees are her panties and bare legs, and she looks over at Diana, covering her mouth with the tips of her fingers to stiffle a chuckle borne out of a sense of schadenfreude: usually it's Diana who suffers these embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions.
"That windfart stole my tunic!!" Tyra roars, sitting on the floor.
-"It.. it sure has." Diana replies.
"You said it was safe, Dee!"
-"A- and it was, technically." Diana shrugs apologetically, "I'm sorry okay, I didn't know it would do that. Take it as a compliment, you got a skinny waist."
Tyra picks herself up off the floor, pulling down at the edges of her gambeson. "Let's just keep going. The sooner we loot this place the better.."
