Two makes a pair...

Jerry and Taylor stood outside of the gym the next morning, feeling more or less dubious in their friend's sudden desire to get to work (he had been called in, supposedly, due to the server crashing and his boss declaring "all hands on deck" right after they finished downing the third round of beers). Todd was many things, a bad and compulsive liar being his hallmark, but even the two of them had to begrudgingly accept that the man did have a valid excuse after all. Jerry just shook his head as the doors opened and a few of the other women who had been with him in the beginning walked out. One of them, a blonde, just smiled at Jerry and told him that she knew he would be back.

"Brought a friend?"

Jerry nodded as Taylor meekly waved hello and after exchanging a few more pleasantries, the two of them took their chance to head in. Almost immediately the same trainer that had welcomed in the group from yesterday spotted the two of them walking in and immediately pulled out a pad. "Welcome! Are you here for the new membership?"

Taylor nodded again and Jerry smiled at his friend's discomfort. The girl was very nice, friendly, and obviously fit the bill as a fitness instructor, someone who would not be out of place in this type of environment. Plus, given her figure and stature, it would be almost silly NOT to have her be the one to handle new membership drives for women who wanted to be welcomed in a work-out environment.

"Yes, we were here yesterday but had to step out. I thought about bringing my friend here and we'd like to see what programs are here to offer us..."

The girl beamed. "Welcome back! I'm sorry that we missed you yesterday, it was a mad-rush as you saw, but definitely we can get you two started." She motioned for an assistant to come up, an equally good looking instructor, who came and smiled. "I'm Billie and this is Tanya."

"I'm Jerry and this is Taylor," he motioned behind him.

"Tanya, why don't you take Taylor and get her started? I'll take Jerri here and get things set up." The other girl nodded and pulled his friend away with a smile, causing Jerry to laugh a bit and miss the part where his friend was referenced as a "her". "Follow me? We'll get you registered, show you our plans, and then get something started."
