Two Men from Ragna's Universe

Both were wearing the Beacon Academy uniform, one being an androgynous, tall, slender man with sharp features and purple hair tied into a topknot using a pin. He looked to be around Ragna’s age and held himself with a certain elegance as he made his way over to the group. The other was another man, taller and more muscular than both Ragna and the purple-haired man. He also seemed to be the oldest out of the four outsiders, looking the weirdest in a Beacon uniform, especially with the way the clothes seemed to not fit him properly given that his muscle definition was quite visible underneath them. He had a large, x-shaped scar on his face and scruffy brown hair with large sideburns that was tied into a ponytail using a red hair tie.

Ragna began to scratch the back of his head, "Guess I should thank that bastard then?" There was contempt in his voice when he addressed the duo, though it didn’t seem to be geared toward them. "Also, you two didn’t need to follow me as well." Ragna added on as Nu nuzzled against his left arm, causing him to nudge her off forcefully.

"Timing is crucial to an actor; any misstep could ruin a performance." The androgynous man proclaimed as he approached Ragna before taking note of his unbuttoned jacket, "They must also look presentable for their role." The man continued, grabbing hold of Ragna’s jacket and buttoning it up, much to the wearer's annoyance.

“Seriously? What are you, my mom?” Ragna grumbled in response to the man buttoning up his jacket. “And also, what the hell are you on about?” the Grim Reaper question, slapping the man’s hands off of him before he got a chance to button up the last button of Ragna’s jacket. The purple-haired man didn’t seem to be too offended by this action and simply chuckled.

“We have a class to attend to, remember?” the man replied, placing a hand against his chest.

The scruffy haired man decided to speak up next, “That’s right, you fiend! Your actions delay us to our destination, Grim Reaper!” his loud voice echoed across the busy courtyard, causing a few students to look over at the group.

Ragna closed his right eye as he winced. "You always need to be so freakin’ loud!" the criminal growled, disliking all the unnecessary attention that was being brought to them. "You guys don’t have to wait for me; you can just head to class without me." Ragna gestured over to the main building.

The androgynous man’s face soured a bit, "We should stick together. We are a troupe after all-" the man interrupted himself upon peering behind Ragna, allowing him to notice Ruby, who had been standing there listening to their conversation for a while now.

Ruby blushed in embarrassment upon realizing that she had just been eavesdropping and let out a short chuckle, “Sorry.” she apologized as sweat traveled down her forehead.

“I should be the one apologizing” the man interjected, “I had barged into your conversation with Ragna and did so without a proper introduction.” With that, the man walked past Ragna and stood in front of Ruby, “My name is Amane Nishiki, it is a pleasure to meet you, miss…” Amane paused, waiting for Ruby to introduce herself.

Ruby stared back in confusion for a second before realizing what the dancer wanted, “Oh, Ruby! Ruby Rose!” the huntress responded with a wide smile.

“Ruby Rose, huh? What a lovely name” Amane complemented.

The scruffy looking man then budded in, “Greeting there, Miss. Rose! You’re probably wondering who the handsome and awe inspiring man who stands before you is?” The scurfy man shouted as he flashily posed, “Well it is none other than I, Bang Shishigami, hero to all-” loud ripping sound interrupted Bang as he performed another pose, the sleeves of his uniform’s jacket ripping from the bulging of his muscles. Bang let out a short, high pitch scream as he inspected the damage that he had accidentally inflicted upon his uniform.

“So much for looking presentable.” Amane quipped before letting out a sigh.

An exasperated expression formed on Ragna’s face as he stared at Bang. "Warned you not to do that, dumbass." The Grim Reaper snapped at his teammate; he appeared exhausted from constantly being around the three of them.

“It's not my fault! The uniforms they provide aren’t fit to contain my manly muscles!” Bang argued to the two.

Ruby giggled to herself as she watched the three get into an argument, their bickering creating a bit of a scene. The huntress then turned to face Nu who was staring at Ragna, “And your Nu, right?” Ruby asked.

When Nu turned away from Ragna to make eye contact with Ruby, her lustful expression faded to neutral. "Designation: Boundary Interface Prime Field Number 13, Anti-Sankishin Core Unit, ν." the silver-haired girl responded, her voice becoming monotonous to the point of sounding robotic. The sudden change from cheerful and flirtatious to deadpan nearly gave Ruby whiplash.

Ruby blinked rapidly in response to Nu’s introduction, not quite being able to find the words to reply back with. After a moment of awkward silence, Ruby spoke up again. "...R-right, so Nu," the huntress stuttered, rubbing the back of her neck.

“By the way, Nu, how much time do we have before class starts?” Amane asked, having left his argument with Ragna and Bang.

“Approximately nine minutes and fifty-seven seconds.” Nu-13 monotonously answered. Sweat drops ran down Ruby’s forehead, was this girl a robot? Wasn’t like she hadn’t encountered something like that before, so it wasn’t out of her range of disbelief.

Amane cupped his chin and began to walk up to his two teammates, "Then it's time that we take our leave." The dancer asserted, carefully grabbing onto both Ragna and Bang’s sleeves and lightly tugging on them to make them walk with him as he moved toward Beacon’s main building, much to the two’s dismay.

Nu ran past Ruby to catch up to the group, taking her place close by Ragna’s side, almost to the point where she was leaning on him. Ruby watched the group get further and further away from her before realizing that she still had questions. Using Petal Burst, Ruby moved in front of the group at an incredibly fast pace, appearing as nothing but a red blur with rose petals trailing behind her. The huntress's semblance caught the attention of Amane and Bang who both looked intrigued by the ability, having never seen it before.

“Wait, is it just you four or are there others here?” Ruby asked the group, though her question seemed mostly directed toward Ragna since she knew him the best.

"Huh? Oh, yeah, there's a few others also attending this place too." Ragna replied.

“Others? You mean from your universe?” Ruby continued to interrogate the group.

"No- Well, yes, but also people from the worlds brought in by the Phantom Field." The criminal answered, his eyebrows scrunching up slightly as he started to get annoyed with all the questions. "Just look around; I'm sure you can find a couple of them and bother them to your heart's content if you look around."

With that, the quartet moved past the huntress and went into the building, leaving Ruby standing by her lonesome in the crowded courtyard, which was slowly starting to empty as students started heading to class. Ruby still had plenty of time before her next class started and began to ponder what she should do. She still had plenty of questions left, Ozpin knew about this situation before her, so perhaps she could stop by his office to get some answers. Though, then again seeing the likes of Yu, Yosuke, Yukiko, Hyde, Heart, Yumi and the rest of those that she fought with or beside in the Phantom Field excited her; seeing them again almost came off as a top priority to her. Ruby also pondered about meeting up with her teammates first, explaining the situation could be useful…though then again she could always surprise them with the fact that they have otherworldly guests later on.
