Two Cops are Better than one

"Officer Rawlings," thought Robert, "can't leave well enough alone." He stripped her naked from above the waist and tied her bra over the rookie cops head. He then stripped the rookie cop's pants and briefs off and pulled the briefs down over Rawlings head, so the crotch was over her face. He pulled some handfuls of hair through the leg hole. He tied the rookie's shoe laces together.

Next Robert put the rookie cop behind Rawlings. He took Rawlings' handcuffs, looped them through her belt then cuffed her right wrist to the rookie's right wrist and did the opposite on the other side. After taking all of Rawling's cash from her wallet, he removed her badge and pinned it on the front of her slacks.

He stepped back and admired his work.
