“Shit shit shit,” Luke said pulling out of Celestia and subconsciously shrinking his dick back down to a reasonable size.

“What’s wrong? It was just getting good,” Celestia cried turning over.

“Luna is giving birth!” Luke said in a panic.

“What!?” Celestia shouted.

“It’s going to be all right. Just breathe,” a Luke avatar said holding Luna’s legs apart.

Lune scrunched her face as she was rocked by another contraction.

Crack!

Suddenly both Celestia and her Luke avatar appeared in Luna’s bedroom with the sound of thunder.

“Dam it Luke!” Celestia shouted.

“I said my baby is meant to be your firstborn Jinn child,” Celestia said closing the distance to her half-sister.

Wooosh!

Suddenly both Ruby and her Luke avatar appeared in Luna's room from a gout of fire.

“You weren’t kidding,” Ruby said in alarm.

“Why would I kid about Luna giving birth?” the Luke closest to her asked.

“I don’t know. You’re a pregnancy pervert. Who knows what kinky shit you like,” Ruby said poking her Luke in the chest.

“Quiet!” Celestia shouted not looking back to the newcomers.

The Jinn Queen put a hand on Luna’s large pregnant belly. She closed her eyes and concentrated.

“Good, we have time,” Celestia said with a sigh.

“Time for what?” the Luke holding Luna’s legs asked.

“Time to ensure my baby is oldest,” Celestia said putting both hands on her half-sister’s belly.

Luna relaxed as her current contraction came to an end. But just as she had the wherewithal to notice everyone around her Celestia cast a spell.

Crack!

Luna cried in pain and pleasure as Celestia’s magic took hold. Luna’s belly began to glow green.

“What is happening?” the Luke closest to Celestia asked watching the light show.

“I am restoring her womb’s integrity. But …,” Celestia said rubbing her hands on Luna’s belly.

“But?” Ruby asked getting closer.

“But I have to… have to build … a clone of Luna’s baby,” Celestia said as her hand sparked with lightning.

“A clone?” Ruby said confused.

“A twin,” all three Luke said together.

“Exactly, by making a twin of the first … I can reconstitute Luna’s womb without resorting to reversing time,” Celestia said as a drop of sweat formed on her brow.

Luna moaned as her belly suddenly surged outwards. Everyone leaned back in surprise, except for Celestia. The queen’s hands kept glowing green as her fingers were spread apart from Luna’s expanding skin. Everyone quietly watched as Luna’s slowly belly grew.

“She’s ready,” Celestia said turning to her Luke.

“Quick, please cast your pause spell on Luna. We need to freeze both babies before her water breaks again,” Celestia quickly thought into Luke’s mind.

The Luke holding Luna’s legs held his hand out and cast ‘Belly Control: Pause’ on Luna. The moment Luke’s spell took root, Celestia stopped her work.

“There! That should do. Or at least until I give birth,” Celestia said with a sigh.

“Are you sure that’s twins? It’s more like triplets …,” Ruby asked reaching out and patting Luna’s new massive belly.

Luke rested beside each of his sleeping royal Jinn lovers. All three were in separate rooms, but each of Luke’s avatars was right beside them. Celestia, Ruby, and Luna all slept contentedly after hours of fucking.

“What a day. Rituals, Levels, Conflicts, Godhood, and almost births,” Luke thought to himself.

Luke had his avatar in Luna’s room start to rub her giant twin-carrying belly.

“Twins are nice …,” Luke thought as he admired Luna’s new figure.

“But I should be careful when casting my ‘Belly Control: Acceleration’ spell. I wouldn’t want to miss enjoying the journey (pregnancy) for the destination (a baby),” Luke whispered before kissing Luna’s belly.

In Siren Queen Taylor Swift’s Palace Dining Room, she entertained her new friends.

“Do you think Luke will be coming back before long?” Taylor asked looking at Rebecca.

“I can’t say for certain. But I know Luke loves Celestia … at least as much as he loves the rest of us. And she is stuck in the Astral Sea,” Rebecca said before giving a shrug.

“If I had to guess, I would say Luke is catching up with the Jinn Queen. He will be returning to Earth shortly after that,” Rebecca said meeting Taylor’s eyes.

“Well, I hope so. I had my city impregnated for its survival. Thousands of women are looking to their leaders for answers. The least our new ruling god and savor could do is make a public appearance,” Taylor said before sipping a glass of un-alcoholic juice.

Samantha overheard the private talk and stepped in.

“It hasn’t been a day since the ‘Seeding Ritual’. Luke will be back in time to dissuade your citizen’s concerns,” Samantha said stepping in between Taylor’s and Rebecca’s private discussion.

Both women turned to the newcomer.

“What? … Relax you two. Leading a City and a Life Coven is easy in the face of defeating an Arch Lich Warlock. We won the lottery with Luke saving the day,” Samantha said wrapping her arms around her sister-wives.

“Dr. Blood is gone. Atlantis is safe. Our baby daddy is now powerful enough to protect us. It’s time to celebrate. The worse is behind us,” Samantha said before breaking off and following a pregnant server carrying small cakes.

Both women watch the Arch Life Witch waddle away.

“I hope she is right about that,” Queen Swift said before draining her glass.

“Which part?” Rebecca thought to herself.
