Turned some random lady into a catgirl

Charlie stared at her target - a young woman eating ice cream and walking down the street. She had dark hair and a slim build. Charlie smiled and visualized her transforming into a catgirl - cat ears and tail, but the rest still human, to test the precision of her powers.

Black ears sprouted from the woman's head, and a black tail tore through her summer dress. She continued on, oblivious.

The man tugged her tail and she yowled.

The man grabbed her breasts.
