Tsunade

Naruto headed to Hokage Tower.

"Hey, Granny," Naruto said as he entered Tsunade's chambers. Tsunade looked up from the papers she was working on and sighed.

"What do you want, Naruto?" she asked.

"Can't I just see how you're doing?" Naruto asked.

Tsunade leaned over her desk. "When you do that, you usually expect something from me."

Naurto quickly summoned in a Shadow Clone, and the clone went over and kissed Tsunade on the lips. In an instant, the clone took Tsunade's spot behind her desk while the real Tsunade stood beside Naruto, naked and looking at him with reverence, waiting for something to do.

Naruto took notice of how the clone's body had grown to fit Tsunade's measurements, including her breasts and butt. It even copied the nail polish on her fingers and diamond pattern on her head.

"So, um," Naruto asked the clone. "Are you still a part of me?"

"No," said the clone. "Once I took Tsunade's place, I became her. Essentially, her chakra is what's keeping me going right now."

"And does...everything...work?" asked Naruto.

"Perv," 'Tsunade' said. "But yes. I now have a fully functioning female anatomy."

This meant Naruto now had a sexy Tsunade Shadow Clone.
