Tsunade

He looked around to see Tsunade leaning on a tree with a saké bottle in her hand. She is just staring at them with a smile on her face as she sips her saké. In her other hand there was a large black duffle bag. She tossed it the ground and it landed with a heavy thud.

“Baa-Chan what are you doing here?” Naruto asked nervously, knowing he might have broken a few rules with Hinata.

Speaking of, Hinata thrashed quietly, trying to turn away from Tsunade so she couldn't see her naked. Unfortunately she could barely turn, so all she really did was jiggle her tits a bit.

'Lady Tsunade is here?!' Hinata thought, wanting to cry. 'Nooo! I don't want her to see me like this!'

Somehow not being able to see anybody or anything made the situation much worse for Hinata, though she knew even if she wasn't wearing a blindfold she wouldn't be able to look her Hokage in the eyes.

“I have been watching you to for a while now, so there is no reason to try and hide, Hinata. I've already seen it all anyway. I was getting ready to take a dip in the hot springs a few weeks ago when I saw the end of Sakura and Ino’s little prank by having you jump the divider. I was going to interfere but then I saw Naruto grab you and get you out of there,” she told them.

“You saw all of that?” Hinata whimpered.

“Yeah I did. I think after we are done here we may talk about a punishment for those two for taking it too far in their little prank. I already have a few ideas but I will need Naruto’s help for them and figure you might want to be involved as well,” Tsunade said.

“Well that does...sound fun, but how did you know we were here?” Naruto asked, relaxing a little.

“Well after I saw you get Hinata out of there I went back to my office to watch what would happen between you two through the crystal ball. Naruto I am very upset with you for blackmailing Hinata into playing this little game,” she said, glaring scornfully at Naruto. “Though I have to admit you did a good job with those knots from what I could see through the ball and am seeing here. I have to admit it was fun watching you treat Hinata like a dog.”

That was too much for poor Hinata. Her face blazed scarlet but her head went limp again as she fainted, hanging now like a pale marionette.

“Looks like knowing we were being watched was too much for her,” Naruto said to Tsunade, who shrugged back.

“Looks like it. Anyway I could tell by the end of your game that Hinata had enjoyed herself and figured it was only a matter of time till she came to you asking to play again so I would randomly check and see what she or you are doing. I was not disappointed when I saw her go into your apartment and prepare herself for a new game.

After that I was watching from another rooftop when you came home and gave her the little punishment for using your things without permission. I couldn’t help but laugh when you created those two clone that henged into Kiba and Shino. I actually fell on the ground laughing when she fainted. When I recovered I followed you here and watched your little tickle **** routine to get her to confess that she thought the idea of being watched was entertaining, and as you know that is when I decided to let you know I was here.”

“Ok... then what now? Do you want to keep watching or... what?” Naruto asked her, still a bit unsure on whether or not he was in trouble or not.

“Well for starters I brought a few toys that you are too young to get your hands on,” she said. She took the bag and opened it dramatically. Inside was a collection of dildos, plugs, vibrating eggs, handcuffs, several ball gags, and a magic vibrating wand. Naruto looked at the stuff in shock and didn’t quite know what to say. He knew that the foxy Hokage made herself look younger, but now he knew she was just downright dirty.

Tsunade looked at his shocked face and smiled, her face turned a light shade of pink. "Now...
