Ino steps in. "Tsunade, we have an emergency!" the kunoichi then proceeds to drag Sakura in, her mouth covering her loud declarations. The Hokage went from annoyed to beyond as Sakura came into view, her outfit a skimpy Cow print bikini as she seemed to be shouting something through Ino's mouth.
"What happened here!?" She said, appalled as she took it in, Shizune looking with her jaw dropped.
"You should cover your ears..." Ino warned, the two of them complying before.
"Boing boing! Look at me Naruto! My big boobs go boing boing! Boing boing! Look at me Naruto! My big boobs go bmmmph bmmph!" Sakura shouted out before Ino replaced her hand with an improvised gag using some fabric.
"Naruto! What's that idiot doing!? And you haven't been above to remove this... genjutsu?" Tsunade asks, Ino shaking her head.
"As far as I can tell, there's no genjutsu or any kind of mental jutsu on her. I tried using the mind transfer to see if that would help, but she went right back to this afterwards." Ino looks down, clenching her fist.
"I need to assemble at team to deal with this..." Tsunade says, looking at her student. "Until then, no one should go after him until we have a better idea of what we're dealing with... what?" She looked at Ino, who's face wet white.
"Tenten went after him while I brought Sakura here."
"Damn it!" Another frustrated punch from tsunade really did break the desk in half this time. "All right, we should assume Tenten's compromised. I'm going to send a couple ninja to locate and monitor the situation to try and get an Idea of what we're up against."
