Tsunade Nurse

Tsunade Senju was a student of medical ninjutsu. Some would laud her as the peak practitioner of the healing arts, but what did that really mean? Was there some metric by which she could be judged? Some award to be gained? Did the universe itself look at her and assign some label after she had discovered her thousandth technique?

In the end, it was a social phenomenon, and she preferred to work in the real world. So she continued her practice without any regard for what others said. It didn’t change her work one bit, and she took a certain pride in that. Part of her rationale might have also been influenced by the desire to avoid any extra burdens that some people might expect from the public acknowledgment of that honor. She already had enough on her plate with being the Hokage of Hidden Leaf, and while that blonde brat might have grand aspirations to take that from her, she knew that she still had way too much damn time left taking care of her home. Agh! If she had wanted to be responsible for a bunch of bickering children, she would have just gotten knocked up with some half-way decent looking nin at some point.

Luckily she was almost done with the public facing duties for the day. Just one more appointment and she could go blow off some steam in the gambling halls. She couldn’t be a reckless with her money as she wanted, damn reputation, but she could still have a little fun at leaf’s parlors.

She heard a knock on her door and beckoned the person in. A foreign ninja entered, flanked by two Anbu in their signature animal masks. The ninja herself was a woman of some odd forty years judging by her facial composition. Her skin told the story of her years in its scars and tears and her eyes were hardened.

Her Anbu informed her that the foreign nin was interested in emigrating from her home village and establishing a practice here, and potentially studying under the great Sannin herself. The last one definitely wasn’t happening; no offense to the nin in question, but she already had an apprentice and wouldn’t be taking on any other nin no matter how talented they were. The immigration however, Leaf could always use another motivated ninja under its belt. And the fact that the ninja in question was here instead of in a jail cell under the care of Wolf Division’s **** and investigation specialists was itself a testimony to her lack of guile.

She agreed. The nin smiled and bowed, thanking her for the opportunity. The three ninja left and Tsunade thought no more of her for the day. Her mind was focused on just getting out of the suffocating office as soon as possible.

Tsunade sighed. Another day in the office. She only had one more meeting left and then she could go home. It was a sign of how tired she was that she didn’t even have the energy to go gambling or boozing or both. She just wanted sleep. Twenty stacks of reports would do that to even the stoutest soul.

A knock on the door interrupted her self-bemoaning. She called for them to enter and they did so. Oh, it was the medical kunoichi again. She knew that, having read it on her itinerary, but after a while all the names and faces began to blur together into an amalgamate of petitioners.

The nin bowed and greeted her. Pleasantries were the worst; her day would go so much faster if ninjas could just talk without bowing twenty times. After giving proper obeisance, the nin looked up at her and grinned widely.

She spoke and Tsunade heard.

Tsunade was a nurse. She wasn’t smart enough to be a real doctor like her Mistress. Thankfully the good doctor was kind and had offered her the position. She had eagerly accepted. She liked healing people, and she would do whatever she could to help.

She was helping right now in fact. Part of being a nurse to a medical ninja as great as her Mistress was that the doctor was so good at her job that she didn’t need any real medical assistance. So instead Tsunade helped in the only way she knew how: with her cowlike body.

She hefted her udders up onto the doctor’s study desk. She gave them a good squeeze and they started spraying milk in the cup of tea she had placed there earlier. Her Mistress praised her. She was being a good nurse by helping take care of her Mistress.

Her Mistress complained that she would like to have her serve her like this all the time, but she was just too efficient at being the Hokage to make her do this full time. That she wasn’t a monster that would doom her new village to the chaos it would bring.

Tsunade didn’t know what the doctor was talking about. She wasn’t the Hokage. She was just a nurse who paraded around in skimpy outfits, swinging her tits to give her Mistress a show. She certainly wasn’t any kind of leader; she took orders and obeyed them happily.

The doctor didn’t clarify, so she asked, “Is this a roleplay thing? I can act like I’m the Hokage for you if you want, Mistress.”

Her Mistress looked surprised at that. Like she hadn’t expected even a modicum of original thought, but Tsunade was a good nurse and she did her best to fulfill her Mistress’ desires. Her Mistress ordered her to do just that, so she walked into the nearest bedroom and picked out a green jacket to put on. She wasn't exactly sure why she choose that, but it seemed like something a Hokage would wear. She returned to the doctor and did her best to approximate the desired station.

“Your Hokage has an S-rank mission for you. To be executed immediately. Your mission is as follows: Fuck me.”

The doctor smiled at her attempts at imitating a respected leader of ninja. She knew she must have looked ridiculous. After all, no real Hokage would go around the village like this; only nurses dressed in such a fashion. But that must have been part of the appeal, as her Mistress dived into her, knocking her to the ground.

She giggled. Her Mistress was so funny and so nice to user her like this. As her hands pressed into her udders (causing even more milk to spray out), and as her tongue licked at her inner folds, Tsunade knew she had to be one of the luckiest girls this side of the Land of Fire.

In between mouthfuls, the doctor said something about needing a daytime assistant as well. Also something about brain chakra and compatibility. Tsunade couldn’t make sense of such high-minded concepts, but she was sure the doctor would be able to find another assistant in no time at all. For such a dream job, applicants would be rushing down her Mistress’ door!
