Behind the hair thing is another device, one that looks like the sort of high-security facial scanners you'd see back on Earth at your secret military base. This one has a brand name stamped onto the side: FOREVERSLUT BEAUTYWORKS and "Holomakeup Applicator."

It also has a screen with three pre-programmed "Holomakeup Styles": Work, Date Night, and ???DONOTCLICK???

You roll your eyes a little at the last one. Claire is sweet and hot, but not exactly subtle about her secrets. You're surprised that Alma hasn't already figured out her roommate is a superhero.
