Try a Neighbor's House for Help

Katie didn't feel like walking miles to get to school. Her white lace dress was already starting to get wet, but it wasn't too bad as of yet. Running over to her next door neighbor, Katie hit the door bell as she huddled under front porch. She waited a few minutes before she sighed and left the house. Rushing to the house next to her's on the far side, she rang the doorbell there too. Unfortunately for Katie, she had no response from any of the neighborhood houses. Leaving where she started, except much more wet. In fact, as she looked down she saw that her choice of clothing hadn't been very good. Her white lace dress was apparently unable to handle any water because where ever the rain touched it, the fabric would turn transparent! Katie watched in horror as she realized that she could see through to her bra. Her belly was clearly visible and her legs were starting to become visible too. Even her panties were starting to get soaked through as she could see a bit of white skin through the underwear. Katie sighed and pretended like nothing was wrong as she decided where she was going to go to next.
