Trick Sarah into getting severed

Sarah was an attractive woman that John met back in college. He didn't want to lose her. So he did what any man in his position would do. So he forged her signature.

"Honey, I got a call from your doctor," John said. "He needs you to go in for an exam at Lumon."

"Really?" Sarah said, "That's odd. I didn't think anything was wrong."

"Its a new procedure, he said it would only take an hour or so."

Sarah nodded, "Well if the doctor says so."

"Yes, and I need to be there just in case".
