John gets the mail first

John picked up the letter and read it. He was pretty sure Sarah wouldn't go with it, but still wanted to try it out. The invitation was for just one of them to be the severed one, and for the other to observe and make sure the procedure worked.

None of the requirements were hard to maintain, mostly it was just filing paper work for the observer, but for the test subject they'd have to get the procedure done.
