Several weeks had passed at the club and in those weeks Katerine's conditioning had continued with daily hypnotic suggestions. Missy was programming her to act and think like a Japanese woman. Alonso was opening a new place in the red light district of San Clementine catering to businesswomen with a penchant for Japanese girls. Today was the day that the physical transformation would begin and the first surgery would be the face making Katherine into the perfect Japanese woman. Katherine had already been dragged down into the club's lowest level, which housed a fully equipped plastic surgery theatre. She had already been sedated and secured to the operating table. The surgeon was already busy reshaping her eyes so that they were almond-shaped. He changed the eye colour to cobalt blue with the use of permanent contact lenses. Then he worked on her cheeks thinking them out making them look more oriental. Lastly came the lips and tattooed them permanently a deep fire engine red. She was now the typical looking geisha girl apart from being too tall and too big breasted for a typical Japanese woman. They would have to be reduced to a more typical size and Missy had already told the surgeon the new size.
