Training With Iris.

" and that is 200 laps across the city!.. and im not even tired" Barry said smugly, dressed in his iconic red suit as he sped into STAR LABS where his Girlfriend Iris sat.

It was a quiet week so far, so the team had suggested that Barry do some training, basic training to keep his Skills up, barry had accepted, very eager to show off his skills.

" alright thats the end of stage one of our training day done!" She said happily, " Now onto stage two"

" And whats stage two?" He said confidently, he could do anything, he was a superhero!.... not like the others.

Hed been hearing Rumours for weeks about his Fellow Justice League Members, Wonder Woman being Knocked sensless by Powergirl, Batman humiliated by Harley Quinn and unable to even take a punch anymore, he'd even heard that The Atom had been knocked out by a non superpowered woman!..

They weren't real superheroes, not like him anyway.. he was faster than Wonder Woman, could take over 100 more punches than batman, and definitely wouldnt be taken unaware like Atom. He was a Real Super.

" alright Stage two will deal with phasing, and how good you are at it when running at a solid object" Iris said going over her calculations once more on the computer.

" The Training room is ready, don't worry, I'll be monitoring in case of anything that goes wrong" Iris said.

" Yeah its really unlikely things will go wrong, ive phased through things before, its no biggie" He said, much more interested in how Good Iris looked bent over her computer, after this test, hed definitely make sure he had some...stamina testing done to.

He went into the training room, and waited for the object he would phase through to be lowered.
