Trainee program

Angel hesitated a bit as she selected her words. Kyle and Sabrina both noticed the thoughtful and stressed look on the young skunk’s face, and so they gave her supportive smiles as they waited for her to make her choice.

Finally Angel spoke. “The fact is, yes, I took some business classes and I have some job experience. But, the fun parts aside,” she paused, a blush trying to sneak over her face, “I just don’t know if I have the necessary skills to be your personal assistant, Sabrina. But I would so love the job. And to be honest I need the money….” Angel stopped a moment and looked at Sabrina thoughtfully. The vixen nodded at her to continue, giving the skunk an encouraging smile.

Angel nodded and continued. “And I really enjoyed acting, but it’s not something I’d want to do long-term. So I was wondering…would it be possible to act for awhile so I can have a job? And if you still want, you can train me as your assistant. I’d work really hard and you wouldn’t have to pay me any extra.” Angel’s speech sped up as she tried to convince the pair. “I just really like it here and I want to do a good job and everything and – “

Sabrina leaned forward, kissing the young girl’s mouth softly and tenderly, both to relax and silence her. Once Angel submitted to the kiss, Sabrina broke the contact slowly as she placed a paw on Angel’s cheek. “I see no reason why we can’t accommodate you, my darling. We do have a few productions we need an extra actress for, if you are up to a challenge. And during the afternoons I can have you do a bit of work for me before you leave, get you used to what I require in an assistant. And I think it only fair that when you act, you be paid as an actress, and when you work for me, you be paid the wage for that job as well. Do you agree?”

“Um, sure…but, well, we haven’t discussed salary yet…”

Sabrina smiled and looked at Kyle. Kyle sat down beside Angel. “Actresses starting out with us receive full health benefits, $5000 per scene, plus 10% of whatever the video makes when we post it online or sell the video at a store. And we let you choose how many scenes you want to do. Some of our stars do two or three scenes a day, while others only do a few a week. We like to start you out at one a day since the shoots can be long and tiring. Then if you wanna add or take away from your load, we do all we can to accommodate you.”

“As for my personal assistant, I pay $30 per hour, plus health benefits and all the stress relief you need,” Sabrina smiled as she lightly caressed the skunk’s bare thigh. Angel couldn’t help but smile at Sabrina’s obvious meaning.

“But that’s a lot of money,” Angel protested.

Kyle shook his head. “We don’t think so. This is a very demanding job, and it’s not for everyone. Sabrina and I believe that if you want the best, and if you want people to stay and enjoy the job, you have to make the job fun and you have to pay them well. That’s why we pay what we do and we consider the staff and crew here as our family. It’s worked well for us so far.” Sabrina nodded her agreement. “So, when do you want to get started?”

Angel stood up, grinning widely. “Well, if it’s okay, I’d like to start now.”

Sabrina stood as well, gathering the skunk into her arms and softly kissing her cheeks. “Then welcome to our family, love. Unfortunately I do have some things to attend to now, but Kyle will be right with you. Should you need anything at all, or if you find yourself feeling uncomfortable, just let Kyle know or send for me.” Sabrina looked deep into Angel’s eyes. Angel nodded her understanding. Sabrina kissed the skunk’s nose before letting her go and sauntering out of the studio.

Angel found herself following Sabrina’s sensual hips as they swayed out the door. Out of the corner of her eye she noticed Kyle giving her an understanding and amused smile. Angel blushed deeply. “It’s okay. She affects me that way, too.” The lupine chuckled. Angel couldn’t help but laugh with him.

Kyle closed his eyes briefly as he ran through a mental list in his mind. Then he opened his eyes. “Well, Kaitlyn and I need a very submissive player for a **** scene we’re supposed to do this week. We’re still looking for some actresses for our spooge special. And we need a young seductress for few projects as well. Any of those sound interesting to you?”
