Jessica had explicitly asked Tracy in the email to not have her be stripped as well, but Tracy made sure not to make any mention of that. You see, Tracy had had a bit of a crush on Jessica, whom she still thought to be a courageous streaker, and secretly harbored fantasies of having two perfectly-figured girls out and about in the nude.
