Tracer

You discover Tracer, the spunky adventuring agent of Overwatch with the outstanding ability to control time with the device invented for her by Winston. She seems to have just finished getting dressed for her mission--tight yellow pants, and her ordinary brown jacket. With goggles tied around her eyes, she places her hands on her hips with a confident expression.

"Alright. Let's see what I've gotta do this time," she says in her chippy English accent, though to herself as she inspects her computer.
