"Lady Sushie... It seems that this is farewell..." the man, apparently Reim, probably her butler if his attire was any indication, spoke weakly to the girl, apparently named Sushie.

"No, Reim, please, you can't die!" Sushie begged, even as Touya thought furiously.

'I read up on some advanced healing magic myself, but if we can't get the arrowhead out... Doing it by hand is liable to kill him in the process... Wait a minute!" he paused, having an idea. "Move over!" he shouted, and moved to help Reim. "Aports!" he cast, and with that spell, drew the arrowhead out without having to dig around in there. With it Gin though, Reim started bleeding more freely, but Touya acted fast, and cast his next spell of the Light Class, the strongest healing spell he knew. Rapidly, the wound closed.

"Eh? The pain is gone?" the old man blinked, sitting up, and then practically being tackled by Sushie.

"Reim, you're okay!" she sobbed happily.

After processing the fact that he would live, Reim stood next to Sushie before the party. "You've truly saved us, we could hardly begin to thank you. But first, allow me to introduce ourselves. I am Reim, a butler in service to Duke Ortlinde. And this young lady is the Duke's daughter, Sushie Ernea Ortlinde," Reim introduced.

"It's a pleasure to meet you! And stop calling me young Reim!" she pouted at him. "I know I don't look it, but I am an adult!"

"I am aware of that, but you are still young to an old man like me," Reim chuckled. "She's recently had her 18th birthday, but she never really physically developed. She's a bit sensitive about that, so please don't tease her about it. That's my job," Reim joked.

"Humph!" Sushie whined, turning away, as if she hadn't been crying for Reim to live not minutes ago. Touya took note of that with some interest. He was certainly against having sex with kids, but adults that just had childlike bodies? He decided to hold off on any ideas on that for now, especially since it was doubtful he'd see much of her beyond the near future.
