Tour: kitchen and backyard

The kitchen is ready for some large party entertainment. There's a sizable island in the center with barstools around it, seating for four. The appliances include a large French door style refrigerator and freezer, a dual oven, a dual sink, dishwasher, wine cabinet, and plenty of storage for dry goods, pots, pans, tableware, etc.

There's a dining nook at one end with a long table and two wooden benches which could easily accommodate six. The kitchen is well stocked with food, and (fortunately) it looks like the residents of the house do their job of keeping the dishes from piling up.

Between the refrigerator and the dining nook is a set of French doors that lead onto a back patio, and then a yard. There's an in-ground pool and a hot tub back here as well. On the patio, there is some seating around an electric fire pit, and a table with chairs for outdoor dining. There's also a grill tucked into the corner.

The yard itself doesn't amount to much -- the patio, pool, and hot tub are taking up a lot of the real estate. The small amount of grass that surrounds these areas is well maintained.

There are several large trees hanging over the yard, which provide privacy from the neighboring houses. If anyone wanted to, they could exert some effort and see through the trees to the yard and pool, but it would need to be an active choice. Casually, no one would be able to peek through without trying.
