“Kaya,” Jan began, “I don’t know what to say.” She still felt Kaya’s touch as she tried to frame her thoughts. “Steve and I are going to get married soon and you, you want to date us?”

The idea of having multiple sexual partners with Steve’s consent and involvement was one thing, the idea of having multiple romantic partners was something very different.

“I take it multiple relationships is not common here either.” Kaya said gently turning Jan around in her arms. She held her close her hands resting on Jan’s arse, “It’s alright if you don’t want to date me.” Kaya finished.

“No it’s not that,” Jan quickly said, “I mean I don’t know but I’m not saying no.” Jan blabbered.

“It’s ok,” Kaya quietened her by leaning into her for a kiss, “whatever you decide it’s ok.” They kissed deeply for a moment before the coffee machine beeped at them.

“I should put some toast on.” Jan said as she disentangled herself from the young centauress. Kaya picked up the cups Jan had taken from the cupboard and poured three cups of coffee.

It was as Kaya was handing over a cup to Jan that Steve walked into the room, half dressed in his work clothes, “That was a quick shower?” Jan said in surprise.

Steve smiled, “No shorter than usual, did your guest distract you?” He said with a sly grin.

Kaya leant into Jan for another kiss, “You should have a shower too, and I will talk to Steve about when we can do this again.”

Jan kissed her back before saying, “Feel free to mention the other thing, I think Steve and I will need to talk about it later.” Before taking her coffee to the bathroom, as she walked past Steve he gave her a quick smack on the bottom, Love you, he mouthed to her. “Love you too.” She said.

After Jan left the room Steve came over to Kaya and gave her a kiss, before picking up the offered coffee, “She seemed a little strange, what is this ‘other thing’?” Steve asked as he took a mouthful of coffee.

Kaya swallowed her mouthful of coffee and smiled, “I asked her and you out, as in I want to date you.”

Steve choked on his coffee and tried to swallow quickly a small amount spraying out to barely miss Kaya’s naked form and splash on the tiles, “What?” He choked trying to breath properly.

Kaya calmly took a mouthful of coffee and waited for the coughing to stop, “I am guessing relationships with multiple people are not common on Earth.” She stated, not further explaining her position.

“Jan and I are about to get married.” Kaya nodded her understanding, “And you want to date us?” She nodded again, “Both of us?” She nodded a third time. Steve then paused for a moment, “Jan didn’t say no did she?” Kaya shook her head and Steve felt a strange sensation of luckiness, anxiety and uncertainty.

“Anyway, I think you guys need to talk some so I might go home and let you two have a chat this morning.” She put her cup down and gave Steve another kiss, “When you two want to talk about possibly dating you come get me. Oh and I am getting a phone today, so I will give you both my number.” She gave Steve a final kiss before trotting to the door and donning her shirt.

“Oh, and next time I come over here and say no limits, I mean it.” She winked at Steve before opening the door and walking home.
