Tori wins

During the final round is when Osa gets twisted up so bad while Tori does not which eventually leads to Osa falling while Tori gets excited that she gets to see Osa naked. That is when Osa takes her bra off which leaves her butt naked while saying to Tori "What do you want me to do for you now that I am naked and lost since I have to do anything for you so make your next command count Tori since you can't take it back?"
