Too quick, too fast

You have a sudden moment of clarity and snap out of your trance. Realizing that things were moving too fast you shake your head no. You didn't want things to move too quickly with this girl you didn't know. This mystery girl reacted with a hint of sadness but let you go as you left the dance floor. You tried to stumble your way to the front, but it was a futile attempt as the club had gotten very crowded. The only way out now was the back exit, so you slowly weaved through the crowd looking for an exit.

It took a few twists and turns before you were able to locate the exit. You wondered how anyone would be able to find it in case of an emergency, but you were glad you were able to take your leave now.
