Too big for the catfish

Meg jerked her hands away, wiping them frantically on her skirt as she stumbled backwards. Her eyes flashed with a mix of revulsion and fury.

"How dare you," she hissed, her voice low and dangerous. "How fucking dare you touch me after what you've done."

Jeffrey's face crumpled, fresh tears spilling down his cheeks. But Meg was beyond pity now. Her anger burned white-hot, consuming any lingering sympathy.

"You disgust me," she spat, her words laced with venom. "You're nothing but a pathetic, lying creep. Did you get off on deceiving me? On violating my privacy?"

She paced the cramped room like a caged tiger, her heels clicking sharply against the grimy linoleum. Her hands clenched into fists at her sides, nails digging crescents into her palms.

"I trusted you," Meg continued, her voice rising. "I opened up to you, shared intimate details of my life. And all the while, you were what? Jerking off to stolen glimpses of my body?"

Jeffrey flinched at her words, shrinking further into himself. But Meg was far from finished. She loomed over him, eyes blazing with righteous anger.

"Listen to me very carefully, you sniveling little worm," she growled. "You are going to delete every single photo, video, and message you have of me. Every. Last. Bit."

She leaned in close, her breath hot against his ear. "And if I ever, EVER see a single pixel of those images online, I will rain down holy hellfire upon your miserable existence."

Meg straightened, smoothing her rumpled blouse with trembling hands. When she spoke again, her voice was ice-cold and razor-sharp.

"In case you've forgotten, I'm a very fucking good attorney. I've taken down corporations. Crushing a pathetic little weasel like you wouldn't even qualify as pro bono work."

She fixed Jeffrey with a withering glare. "I will use every resource at my disposal to destroy you. I'll have you blacklisted from every job in a 500-mile radius. I'll make sure your name is synonymous with 'sexual predator' in every database from here to Timbuktu."

Meg's lips curled into a cruel smile. "By the time I'm done with you, you'll be begging for the sweet release of prison just to escape the hell I've made of your life."

She watched with grim satisfaction as the color drained from Jeffrey's face. He nodded frantically, scrambling to comply with her demands.

"Good boy," Meg sneered. She snatched her purse from the ratty couch as she strode towards the exit.
