As you saw at the end of Avengers Endgame Tony Stark died after using the Infinity Gauntlet to wipe out Thanos and his whole army, but what if Tony Stark could come back to life thanks you being reincarnated into his body. You are freaked out that you are reincarnated into Tony Stark dead body as you should have been reincarnated as Tony when he was alive, but if you are in his body does that mean that he is not dead.
