Tony Stark's First Child

"Uggrr... My head hurt so much..."

Tony Stark woke up in a hospital bed. He felt like every single bone in his body was broken. Especially his pelvis.

"Ah, you're awake."

Looking aside, he found Pepper standing next to his bed.

"How long have I slept?"

"Three days. Your return has caused an explosion. I have to rent this entire hospital to let you have a place to sleep peacefully."

Tony found that behind Pepper was her office desk and laptop. Seeing the direction of his gaze, Pepper smiled: "After spending so much money, I need to take back as much as possible, so I moved my office here."

"You mean... in the past three days, you were always here with me?"

"... Don't misunderstand, I just found out that the silence of this hospital is ideal for working. It's not like I want to be the first to see you awake."

Pepper turned her face away, but Tony could still see the blush on her cheek.

Tony felt so touched. Then he suddenly remembered: "Wait... I forgot to ask this... but are you on birth control?"

Pepper raised her eyebrow: "Shouldn't you ask that BEFORE cumming inside a girl?"

"I usually used condoms... but don't change the subject. Are you?"

"... I have no reason. I'm still a virgin not long ago, remember?"

"... I hope that at least you know about the thing called morning-after pills?"

"... I do, but I'm busy moving my office."

The room fell into silence for a while, and then Pepper broke the ice: "Getting pregnant from just one time isn't as easy as you think. I handled your affairs for years, and I knew that many girls come to Stark Mansion with poked condoms, yet nobody can claim to have your heir now."

Before Tony could respond, she continued: "That's enough talking. Doctors said you still need to rest much, much more. And I still have tons of work to do," Then she turned back to her laptop.

Having no one to talk to, Tony moved his only free hand around. Suddenly, his fingers touched something metallic under the blanket. Pulling it out, he found the lamp. A glittering purple mist came out, and the genie appeared again.

"Why are you here?"

"Master, I'm like the wind, always by your side. And nobody can see or hear me except you."

"Wait, does that make it look like I'm talking to myself? I want to be in a hospital for a while, not a mental hospital for a life."

The genie giggled: "That won't happen. You can talk to me by thinking in your head."

Tony breathed out a sigh of relief, then his gaze turned back to Pepper: "Can a sex wish end up in pregnancy?"

"Like any normal sex."

"That means she can be pregnant with my child right now..."

"She is. Do you want me to undo that?"

"What? No, no! Don't do that!"

Tony breathed deeply, trying to calm himself down. Then he looked at Pepper again, this time with a more loving glare.

"Ah... I cannot wait to know if the baby is a boy or a girl. I wish I could see their face now."

"As you wish, Master."

Tony was about to ask what she meant, but he immediately realized it the next moment. Pepper's middle had a sudden change. Her belly, which was supposed to be flat, began to swell and round out, pushing out further and further until it popped out of her skirt. It continued to expand until reaching the size of a full-term pregnancy.

Tony opened his mouth, but everything that came out was some strange noises. Hearing that, Pepper turned back to him: "What happened? Why do you look like you are seeing a ghost?"

"Your... your belly..."

"My belly?"

Suddenly, Pepper let out a painful groan, and fluid came out from between her legs.

"Agrr... it looks like my water has broken... intervals between contractions are getting shorter and shorter. Sorry Tony, but I have to take care of another Stark today. Doctor? Where is the doctor? I need a doctor!"

She ran out of the room, leaving the confused Tony alone.
