Tony Cloak, A College Student

I sat on my table, counting the money. No, I was not the son of a rich dad. My dad was a simple hard-worker, your average middle class who had invested hard in my studies. And I got into MIT., the most prestigious institute in all of America(don't let Sheldon hear me). As a reward he bought me a new laptop and even a decent room to live in.

But most importantly, he bought me enough money to buy my first Realdreams character.

So, I logged into my brand new computer and opened their website. I couldn't afford a premium character but a normal decent one. I start scouring through the titles. DC and Marvel were absolute favourites with others like Harry Potter, Star Wars and other IPs following close behind. I looked at the five characters of the week just out of curiosity.

1. Wonder Woman 2. Hermione Granger 3. Scarlet Witch 4. Black Widow 5. Padme Amidala.

The last one had seen a recent surge in popularity. I scrolled more, as all these character were much out of my budget going well over $50,000. And then I found Anime.

Anime was extremely popular. But it lagged behind in RealDreams because of one problem. Anime, due to their animated nature, could not be brought to this world. And most live action anime characters were shit. Rumours were, they were working RealDreams was working on transporting users to their specific Anime worlds like Naruto, AOT etc(the user would then also become animated), but it would cost a lot.

I still clicked on the anime title to see if there were any options that I could afford. And I found it. A bit above my budget, but I could manage. It had seen a small surge in popularity and I knew I had to get my hands on it before it went out of my bounds.
