Tomorrow comes.

You both wake up about the same time.

You fix breakfast, and you both enjoy the meal. You have work today, so, sadly you two part shortly after.

Your day at work is pretty straightforward. Once home, you take your next pill.

You notice Cassidy's home. She's in the shower.

"Hey you." She walks out of the shower. "What did you do last night?"

"Fucked my boyfriend, Theo." I grin.

She lights up, "Boyfriend? Is it official?"

I nod.

She hugs me. "Ah! It's so strange. I feel tingly inside."

I smile, "Now you know how I feel."

She laughs, "It's only fair." A warm smile.

Cassidy continues, "I'm going back to get more therapy tonight."

I hug her back. "Good, good. Hopefully it won't be too intense."

"They told me it's only as intense as I want it to be, so, we'll see." She sits down.

"I saw your pills, those look crazy." She grins.

"Yeah, there working magic. When Theo was fucking me I was... different. It was more intense." I bite my lip.

"Good!" She laughs out loud.

She ponders for a minute.

"I don't want to be anxious about things anymore." She looks at me.

"Anxious about us?" I inquire.

"Yeah." She sighs.

"I love you a whole lot, and there's just..." She closes her eyes.

"I got a demon to slay." She states plainly.

"What?" What.

She laughs out loud, "You'll understand. Come with me tonight! Please."

I nod, "Sure. I'll help you, uh, fight a fuckin' demon."

She chuckles, but her face turns serious. "Thank you." A soft hug.

We get ready and head out.
