Tom gets arrested for public indecency

After a few hours, a police officer arrives to Lina's home. Tom and Lina walks outside to see, what is the matter.

Police officer: Sir, you are charged with public indecency, you were reported to be roaming the area with insufficient clothing, may I know the reason why? Nonetheless, I must bring you in.

Tom: Sir, I was just... We were just doing a dare here and...

Police officer: Sir, are you aware that doing a dare, does not exempt you from the laws?

Tom: Yes sir, I am aware...

Lina: Sir, he was with me, I made him do these things, no need to arrest him!

Police officer: Miss, this man has committed a serious crime, there is no need to come to his defence. The act has been done, all he can do is explain his situation at the HQ while being questioned and hope he can get away with a large fine and not jail.

Tom: ...Jail...?

Lina: OH, MY...!

Police officer: Yes sir, the law specifically defines circumstances, that cause you to be sent to jail in such cases... One of them is the number of people who saw you while not wearing sufficient amount of clothes or being children present. There were no children as far as we know, so you might have a chance to get out of this without losing your freedom for a shorter or longer period. I would advise you to try and find a lawyer for your defence at court.

Tom: I understand...

Police officer: I am also required to handcuff you, please do not resist or I might have to use **** to bring you in.

Tom: I will not resist...

Lina (in tears): Tom, I am so sorry...

Police officer: Sir, before we get in the car, I also need to check the **** and **** level in your body, please use this breathalyser... Aaand, thank you, now sit in the car.

With that, he was taken away to the local police HQ. Lina contacted his parents and his belongings were brought in and a good lawyer was also found. His was found guilty of public indecency, but due to the circumstances and thanks to his lawyer, he only had to pay a large fine, but was set fee in three days. Soon all the area knew of what happened and/or saw the photos of him on the internet... He tried to get rid of them, but there was little to be done, once on the internet, no photo could be deleted... Humiliated and stigmatized for his entire life, Tom never ever tried to be naked in public again.
