Toga drinks the blood of a powerful quirk user
Toga giggles as she turns to face Ochaco. "You don't have to do this Toga, I can help you."
"I already have the help I need. This one has a very fun quirk." She pulls out a blood vial and drinks it. Ochaco sweats as she knows Toga can not only take the appearance of anyone who's blood she drinks but can even copy their quirks.
Who's blood did she drink?
