Chapter 5 by TangoDelta3 TangoDelta3

Which door?

To the right.

Mindlessly choosing the right side door my flashlight illluminated the steel door as I walked closer to the metal. Not even caring about the sign in front of my face. A brief moments pause was all I gave myself to live the moment as my hand grabbed the handle and pulled the rusty metal with all I had.

Though I needed to use the hand holding the flashlight the door creaked open with some work. Screeching on it hinges and letting out the dust in the room that hadn’t been disturbed for a long time. I needed to bring my hand to cover my nose with how much dust had been in the air.

Though that moment of dusty distracted didn’t stop me from stepping foot into the new chamber. Making the decision to see behind the left door later.

But when I entered the room I was met with what seemed to be a workshop of sorts.

It had a pair of heavy work tables adjacent to each other in the corner. Both had an equal amount of tools and bits of metal, and caked in dust.

Though my flashlight showed to me the other schematics and pieces of machinery.

But on the far side of the room was a lone table. When I walked up to the table I saw various pieces of gear that I couldn’t place at the moment. But it seemed that these were restraints. Cuffs and articles of material I didn’t recognize.

But beside the table was what seemed to be a stand of some kind. There seemed to be what looked like a pole welded to the base of a steel slab. Though the pole seem to have manacle attached to it.

What does Beth do?
