To the penthouse

After escaping the zombie horde, Jill & Ada began climbing the stairs towards the penthouse. Aside from the occasional zombie, the ascent was pretty uneventful... it was almost as if the mystery woman wanted them to confront her.

"We're obviously walking into a trap," Ada pointed out. "What do you think this woman wants from us?"

Jill shrugged. "No idea... but I'm not sure we have much of a choice," she admitted. "The first floor is overrun with infected... finding a way out that way would be next to impossible."

"Agreed. And who knows how fast this virus progresses," Ada added. "Still, I don't like where this is going."

"Well, if you want to try jumping out of one of these windows to escape, be my guest," Jill said sarcastically. "Or do you have a better idea?"

Ada shook her head. "I wish I did... At any rate, we've come this far. Might as well see what this mystery woman has to say... and hope we don't turn into mindless corpses in the meantime."

The duo continued their climb, and soon reached the top floor. The door to the penthouse was open, leaving Jill & Ada more uneasy than ever. No shambling corpses, no monsters guarding the place... what, exactly, were they up against?

"Come on in, ladies. I've been waiting for you..." A voice from inside beckoned them, and they had little choice but to answer the call. Steeling themselves, they readied their weapons and followed the voice.

The pair entered the penthouse to see the mystery woman lying on the bed in the master bedroom. She was clad in black, lacy lingerie, and a grin crept across her face as the two women approached.

"Welcome, ladies. I'm glad you could make it," she said, sitting up in the bed. "My name's Rachel, and I've been dying to get to know you better..."
