What's next?

To The Cabin.

Chapter 60 by RicoLouis RicoLouis

I awoke the next morning to find Felecia really liked to cuddle. Her naked body pressed up against me. It did nothing to alleviate the erection I had in my pants. I managed to slid out of bed and got dressed. Though she woke up and sat up stretching out her arms and rubbing her face.

"Going somewhere?"

"Just going to check out the cabin."

"Can I come? I want to see."

"Sure I guess." I nodded. She got dressed pretty quickly and I grabbed both my bows, my quiver, and my pack. Rose was just about to knock on the door as we were was heading out to go meet up with her.

"Morning." She smiled.

"Morning."

"So you sleep with her?" Rose grinned slyly at me and then her.

"Yes, we slept together." Felicia nodded.

"She didn't mean actual sleep." I chimed in. We slept in the same bed as her, no we didn't have sex."

"Your loss, I bet she is a real wild cat in the sack." Rose teased.

"How long it take you to think that one up?"

"About an hour." She shrugged.

"Why would you want to put a cat in a sack?" Felicia asked rubbing her face as she yawned.

"Its an expression." I shook my head at her.

"It means someone is good at having sex." Rose smiled. "Speaking of. About last night."

"Your not having regrets are you?"

"No, quit the opposite. About me. I think I need time to figure out who I want to be." She gave me a look and then glanced back at Felecia.

"So does that mean no more..." I hinted at without coming flat out and saying no more sex.

"I didn't say that." She shook her head and smiled. "Just I need time to think about what I want before there can ever be an us."

"Take as long as you need."

We made good time for not having horses. I pulled out the papers as we crossed a small stream by a bridge. According to the map the property started at the road with this stream making up the eastern border. The other border was the river that ran through Hunters Rest. The southern border wasn't as clear being a strait line that didn't align with any visual land marks. The trail to the cabin was old and overgrown but still follow-able.

"Well there she is." I smiled seeing the cabin. It wasn't overly impressive but it was still standing. We headed inside to see it was still in decent shape some of the floor boards needed replacing and it looked like a spot in the roof had been leaking. The straw in the beds would need to be completely refilled but the frames were okay. The chimney seemed solid and the stack looked clear so all we needed was some fire wood for cooking. All in all it only needed a few days work and I could call it home.

"Well, I will need wood planks, a few clay roofing tiles, fire wood, and a lot of dusting."

"Good thing you have Felicia." Rose grinned. "She can do the cleaning while you handle the rest."

"So you ready to learn to shoot?" I smiled and picked up my old bow off the table.

"Sure." She smiled. We went outside and I picked a bush. The ground raised up behind it so the arrows wouldn't fly off and get lost. If she was serious I could get some extra straw and make a target for later. I went step by step showing her what I did each time before firing.

"Okay your turn." I gave her one of my old leather bracers to wear so she didn't get rug burn on the inside of her arm from the bow string. I handed her the bow and an arrow next. "Nock." I smiled and got up behind her. Her body pressed back against me. She put the arrow onto the string and raised it up. "Draw. it back with your right hand and extend you left arm outward." I said softly in her ear." As I reached around her and helped her draw the bow string while pushing the arrow. "Look down the arrow and see your target and fire when ready. She let loose grazing the top of the bush. "Not bad."

"You teach all the girls like this?" She smiled back at me.

"You are the first." I smiled.

"Can I try?" Felicia asked. Rose gave me a look and a nod.

I helped Felicia next though it was a little harder to show her since she was shorter. She let go of the arrow and I heard the familiar strum of the arrow hitting on something. "Son of a...fuck.." She said dropping the boy and cupping her right tit.

"You okay?" I asked and she shook her head at me. "Here. Senso nullum dolorem." I put my hand on her tit easing her pain. "Better?" I asked and she nodded though was still pouting.

"I don't like archery." She frowned. I went back to showing Rose who got a little better as she practiced. Enough to ask to try and shoot something. Though Felicia didn't like the bow she used her nose to lead as to a flock birds in a small clearing and a tarn, or mountain lake, that probably feed the stream near the bridge. I handed Rose an arrow but nocked my bow as well. I let rose take the shot though she missed but not by much. I managed to wing the last one to take off. Felicia ran quickly and caught him and snapped his neck.

"Where you learn to do that?" I asked.

"The farm. We have animals try and get to crops so i would kill them and we would eat them." She smiled. "I can pluck um but I'm not a really good cook." She seemed quit proud of herself. I guess she would be good to have along next time I went hunting. Rose was a little upset she had missed her shot but she would get over it. I heard some bushes rustling and put a hand to my mouth. I drew an arrow and moved toward the sound that was getting closer. I swore if it was a bear I would sell this property for any asking price. Suddenly a dark elf girl came through the bushes.

"Ah, don't shoot me." She said as she fell down and put her hands up.

"I am not going to shoot you. What are you doing here?" I lowered the bow.

"Trying to catch fish for me and my mother." She looked up at me. She had a fishing pole with her. She was pretty for a dark elf though her skin was more white then the darker gray skin like Ravens. Her nice full breast hinted that she wasn't a full blooded elf. I got a little laugh that she wasn't wearing shoes and had on breeches that where rolled up though I guess she had been in the water.

"Your not going to catch any fish up here. Where to high up." I shook my head. I knew fish like bass could go over waterfalls and rapids but this seemed it would be a little to high to catch anything. She was probably just used to going to a certain pound or lake so she just assumed there would be fish here. I held out my hand helping her up.

"This is Rose and Felicia."

"Hi. I am Selena. Like the Goddess." She said brushing off her ass. "You guys caught a goose?" She said. I could tell by her tone she was envious.

"Yep." Felicia held it up by its neck.

"You live nearby?" Rose asked.

"No, me and mom have a camp down stream." She shrugged.

"We will share the duck if you take us to your camp."

"Okay." She said as if she wasn't sure if she could trust us. She lead me to her camp where I saw they had set up a tent and a donkey who was tied to a tree in the grass next to a small cart. I saw a dark elf woman who was darker in complexion by a small tent. She looked like she could be Selena's sister and not her mother. Three cow girls came out of some woods carrying fire wood they had gathered.

“Mom.” Selena waved.

“Hey sweetheart, did you catch anything?”

“No. But he did. He said he would share with us.” Selena pointed at us.

“We couldn't ask you to do that.” Her mom shook her head.

“Well you are my guest, being this is my land.” I gave a little gesture.

“We are sorry, we didn't know.” The mom replied.

“Relax, I am not here to kick you off. We are just here to use your fire and share a meal.” I smiled.

“May the night mother bless you for your generosity. I am a Delilah and this is my daughter Selena.” The mom did a little bow and the daughter followed suit.

"I can pluck the bird now?" Felicia asked.

"Yes but save the feathers." I smiled and she nodded. She seemed eager to help in anyway she could.

"Selena, can you get her a sack from the cart." Delilah pointed.

"Okay." Selena jumped up and went to the cart.

"Please sit." She motioned to a old carpet.

“So where are you from?” Rose asked sitting down.

“We had a small farm out by Stonehills, we where lucky since we lived outside of town. I was able to get my daughter, the girls, and anything of value we had before they came south. Their isn't much room in the city, least nothing I could afford for the five of us so I bought a tent and came out here. I do not know we where trespassing."

"It's fine. I just bought the land yesterday myself. You can stay as long as you need though you will want to set your tent up there on the hill encase it rains otherwise you will wake lying in a puddle down here.”

“Thank you. We have never had to live outside. Ironic since I am an elf.” Delilah smiled.

“Are you going toward the border to the dark elf empire?” Rose asked.

“No, we would not be welcome there, my daughter is half human.” Delilah frowned. I guess that explained the lighter skin.

“Our the cowgirls producing milk?” Rose glanced over. One was pilling sticks for a fire while I noticed another held her dress up showing off her thighs. She lowered it dropping out some rocks onto the ground. Even though they where not on a farm they where still working hard.

“The oldest one yes. The younger two have just come of breeding age. If they all were we might be able to make some money selling their milk in the city.”

“Isn't there a spell in your book that could help?” Rose asked.

“Actually I think there is.” I said and pulled the book out and looked through it. I had glanced over the spell finding it amusing

“Ah here it is. The midwives delight. Strange name for a spell.” I laughed.
