You arrive at the facility. This island, and it's hospital has been dressed up to look like so many different anime.

As you step out of the helicopter, you see hundreds of nurses. All of them are wearing cosplay based on your favourite anime. The vibrant hair colours and wigs look a little weird in real life, but hey, the nurses wearing them seem to be really hot.

"Welcome to the island" a woman dressed like Yoko Littner says. "We've been practicing in the sets, making sure that treatments fill the hottest scenarios." "You'll be getting your treatments in a very natural way. Alternatively, if there's an emergency, we are all trained Doctors and Nurses and can treat you in cosplay. All of us play a different character, but we're all equally trained and ready to take care of you."

"All of this labour, just to get me off." you say, nodding in appreciation.
