This is just getting to strange, you can't help but think none of this ends well. It is time to go. Looking left and right you try to decide what you should do with her, and with nothing immediately coming to mind you just say, "Sorry." And give her a quick punch hard enough to knock her out, but no more. You catch her as she starts to fall, and lay her on the bed, making sure she is alive. Quickly and quietly you get dressed and head out the door. As soon as you do you realize the danger you are in as you hear the voice of the German guard talking to the madam at the front door. "Fuck." You hiss quietly. Looking around you realize you have no idea if there is another exit.
