“Well let’s get started shall we, like I said we have a lot to discuss so let’s get into it… firstly, I am so glad to see you have made a decision about your uniform in the office, I think you have made the right choice and will find work much more enjoyable now you can dress like the pretty little sissy you are. Having said that, your choice means we need to make some changes around here. I can’t have our top clients know they are being taken care of by a pretty little airhead sissy boy, they need someone serious to take care of business for them, so from this moment you are no longer a client representative for this company. You still have a job but it will be a new position, you are going to be the client rep team’s personal assistant and secretary, basically you will do whatever the client reps need, that will mostly be grunt work and paperwork, boring stuff they don’t have time to do and don’t care about, you’ll do it well, and you’ll do it with a pretty little smile on your face at all times. You’ll also be taking care of the teams other needs as requested, you will do anything you are asked by the team regardless of what it is to ensure they can function with peak performance and productivity. You won’t say no to them even once, you work for them and they can use you to do whatever they need. The final part of your new responsibilities will be on a more irregular basis but when we have clients visiting or new clients we are trying to close, you may be called on to provide some ‘extra service’ ensure they are kept feeling happy and satisfied with the customer service and experience our business offers. This will be different for each client and you’ll be told what it will involve as they happen but just know you will be called on from time to time and I expect you to do whatever it takes to please our important clients when asked. Now I have setup a desk for you in the old supply closet which we will turn into your office - so go get to work and have fun sissy”

I left the bosses office stunned and in shock, I had no idea what to think about all this and really what my new job even entailed except I’m pretty sure I just got demoted into some kind of role as a living company sex toy. I walked into my new ‘office’ dazed and decided to get to work and just hope it won’t be all that bad. I sat down and the first thing I did was check my emails, there at the top of my inbox was an email from HR titled “new contract: client rep team secretary” I opened it up to sign it and send back. I flicked through without reading much, thinking it would be the same contract I had already signed just with a new title (which was definitely not the case) I signed it and sent it back to HR.

5 minutes later I got another HR email saying “thanks for signing your contract, attached is your new position description and wage information” I opened the wage information up, already knowing the position description from my boss. I was stunned when I saw that my new title meant my wages had been halved and my bonuses/commissions were no longer available. I didn’t know what to do as my new wages wouldn’t even cover my rent anymore.

Not wanting to have to tell Max about this, I went in to see my boss and explain I was fine with the change in title and role but I couldn’t handle the pay cut. Her response was simply to spin her computer screen around with the photos she took last night ready to post online. “So are you going to be happy with your new job, pay and all or humiliated online to all your friends, which is it sissy” I left and went back to my office to work, dreading how Max would respond to my new situation when I got home tonight.
