Time to celebrate

Stepping out of Laura's office, you see Amanda at her desk. "Hey Amanda, do you want to grab dinner? I want to celebrate my big story."

"Sure! Let me just check in with Laura then I'll be right with you." She walks into Laura's office, then exits a few seconds later. She walks over to her desk to grab her purse and comes over to take your extended hand.

"Let's go! Where do you have in mind?" she asks excitedly. Her enthusiasm is genuine and you're really starting to warm up to her in more ways than just the physical attraction.

Walking out, you call Olivia to see if she can recommend a nice restaurant. She does, and makes reservations at a expensive restaurant where the waiting period was usually 4 weeks, but her mother had been friends with the owner. Not only was Olivia able to get you a table, the meal was also on the house.

Even in such a posh establishment, the other patrons stared at you when you walked in with Amanda on your arm. She must be used to it and didn't appear to notice. The food is delicious and you got the veal while Amanda had the lobster. The two of you get to know each other and talk about your hobbies and interests. It turns out that Amanda is really into antiques and she's very interested to hear about your family business.

After dinner, Amanda excuses herself to the bathroom, while you sit there sipping coffee and looking around the restaurant at the other patrons. They are all nicely dressed and you would have felt out of place if not for your recently found confidence as a result of the magic rings.

Amanda returns with a grin on her face.

"What's so funny?" you ask.

Amanda leans in and whispers, "I was in the ladies' room, and I'm pretty sure there's a couple fucking in there. I think it was that couple sitting over there." She points at an empty table behind you.

"How do you know?"

"I saw her heels on the floor. Black stilettos. I've been admiring them since she walked in with her date. I was almost tempted to swipe them. I'm a little surprised. He seemed so young."

"Oh? Describe them. I didn't see them just now."

"Hmm. She's older. Maybe early forties. But very pretty. Very thin. Short blonde hair. Blue dress. About your height. And she wore this really nice diamond necklace."

"What about the guy?"

"Definitely younger. I thought he may have been her son, but I guess not. Chiseled and tall. Lots of muscles. Very tanned."

You put down your coffee and get up. "Come, let's go check in on them."

Amanda looks amused as she takes your hand. "Really?"

"Yeah, why should they be the only ones having fun?" And you lick Amanda on her long slender neck, ending with a kiss on her cheek.
