Time Zone (Controlling Time)

The ability to control time around you, stop, start, slow down, fast forward, and even reverse. The power works like a field around you; you can create unseeable bubbles or zones where time is free to manipulate within. The radius and duration of these can be made all depend on the user and how large the zone is. You can even manipulate specific people or things in time by saying their name before triggering your ability of choice.

There might be more to these zones; the ability to save and load moments in time isn't out of the question, as well as even controlling the minds of those paused in thought. Perhaps even changing the past or altering the future is up for grabs as well.
