Your first stop is in the far, far future, when medical science can heal essentially any injury or ailment. On top of it all, it is completely free!

You sign yourself up to develop an enhanced body structure, far more resistant to injury than your modern day counterparts. Not only can your body take much more abuse, but entire limbs and organs can naturally regrow given enough time. Rather than use these powers to become a war hero, however, you have far more perverse desires.
