Time Out With Penny

"Salutations everyone!"

"Penny!"

"Are you already recording?!"

"My apologies!" Penny smiled into the camera before turning it and her away. She was dressed in rather formfitting athletic clothing of green and white. It included her name as well as "Atlas" and the 3S logo on top and an extremely tight pair of athletic short shorts with her symbol. "Sorry some of the others are still getting ready to start the day! We will be beginning our morning exercises soon and hope to have some good footage for you all later on!" She blinked thinking as she walked. "Neo thinks it will get a lot of hits for some reason. I do not quite understand the concept of "fan service" but she is rarely wrong and if it makes you happy that will make us happy too!" She nodded and smiled though. "Oh! I should tell you we grew again and three more ladies joined us! Isn't that wonderful news? They are all from the same Marvel instance and we are already becoming fast friends!" She pointed to the upper right corner of the screen. "One of them already gave content for the channel! A drum solo performance! Is that not wonderful? I am certain you all are dying to see it and Manami says she will put the link here in the corner! Her name is Gwen and she is a talented percussionist, dancer and crimefighter! Is that not fun? If you enjoy it and want to see more of her performing I am excited to say that Walter is working on a way to make that happen so fingers crossed and we will soon have a musical act for your enjoyment!"

Penny beamed. "The other's are just as amazing and talented! One is an expert on both physical fitness and a lawyer! Her name is Jennifer and she is brushing up on her Prime law studies but we hope to have her offering legal advice sometimes when she is not busy helping Walter. Until then expect to see her joining us! And the other is-"

"Oh, hey Penny, Neo, Manami!" Penny looks up and waves and the camera turns to pan towards an approaching Jubilee who is waving back. She's also dressed in rather risqué sports wear pf yellow and pink also with her name and the X-Men logo as well as 3S. "Are you guy's already recording this early? Whoa. That's some dedication!" She joins Penny on screen. "Hiya interweb peoples! Jubilee coming at ya from the Ranchero Stark! For real! Help! Call the X-Men! It's an emergency! I've been kidnapped from my world and dragged miles and miles away from the nearest shopping mall!" She winked and put her arm around Penny grinning. "El-oh-el! Just kidding! I totally chose this believe it or not! Wild! Seriously though we are kinda in the middle of nowhere out here... I mean I knew what I was signing up for but dang. I just realized I'm gonna need a sherpa to find the nearest convenience store!"

Jubilee laughs and there's the sound of Manami giggling but Penny tilts her head thoughtfully. "Do we need a Sherpa? I am certain Walt would get one or some other guide if we asked."

Jubilee laughed some more. "Oh no! Hahaha! You're so funny, Penny! No wonder Neo got you your own show!" She flashes a peace sign. "Alright, I'm out! See you guys on the flip side and speaking of!" She gives Penny another squeeze then turns to pat her own ass for the camera. "Hope you guys get a kick outta all this! I'll be doing some gymnastics with the others later! Hope it brightens your day!" and she walks away waving over her shoulder and shooting tiny sparkles.

Penny waves and then takes a seat on the couch. "I am not sure why but I am glad it was amusing! And that was Jubilee. You all will be able to see more of her, Gwen and Jen here really soon! Anyway today before we get to our usual programs we wanted to do a different segment where we answer and respond to some of your many comments and questions! Is that not a fun idea? We love hearing from you all!" She smiles and picks up her tablet. "Shall we begin? Alright here goes!"

"*Ahem* Oh! Here is a good one! "Katknife" writes in saying, " I love your channel!" Thank you "Katknife"! That's wonderful to hear! We are so glad you are enjoying it! They go on to say, "You have a lot of great content from advice, to 'how to' segments like cooking, to fun stuff that's just entertaining to watch! How do you all come up with your ideas and how does it all get made so well?" Excellent question! " Penny smiled and nodded. "Actually I wanted to answer this one in particular as it let's me feature my two very dear, hard working friends who are so often behind the camera! First the original idea to do something like this belongs to my friend, Neoploitan! Neo, would you come say hello to everyone?"

Neo stepped out from behind the camera after a moment. She's dressed similarly to Penny but in pink and white instead of green and white and emblazoned with "Neo". She gave Penny a strange look, this wasn't something they'd discussed or planned, Penny had gone off script again. But she shrugged and waved to the camera with a smirk.

Penny nodded and indicated. "Neo here came up with the original idea to do our content channel. We may not have started that way but she's one of my very best friends and I am so grateful to her for everything!" She hugged Neo who acted a bit embarrassed by the attention but genuinely smiled and hugged her back. "We all love you so much, Neo!"

She let go of her and started clapping her hands. Neo blushed just a bit but kissed Penny's cheek and signed, "I love you. You are my best friend." She then took off her hat bowing to the camera... and with a theatrical flourish and making it appear as though she'd pulled it from the hat itself she produced her own camera and pointed it at the camera.

The video switched to a split screen and now there was Manami with her camera. Like the others she was wearing sportswear as well hugging her extra petite and curvy form. Hers was pink and black on white and also had "heart" motifs like her costume.

"And this is dear sweet Manami!" Penny said smiling making Manami blush but she waved to the camera as well. "Greetings everyone."

Neo grinned and signed "Cute!" Penny nodded. "I quite agree! She is as cute as she is talented! Manami is our expert camera woman and her aid and advice in what to feature on the channel and how to shoot it has been invaluable! We also love Manami! She is an incredible person!"

Manami is almost as pink as the pink on her uniform. "T-thank you! I wuv- er, love! I meant love! Oh gawd I need to edit that out! So embaressing! *Ahem* I also love you too! I-I've never had so many f-friends before! So..." she swallowed and bowed her head quickly. "T-thank you so much! And thank you all f-for supporting our ch-channel! That's all I want to say!"

Neo smiled but shrugged and turned off her camera. It wouldn't do to embaress Manami too much... she really was a very sweet person in her way and a good friend. The split screen went back to a single screen focused on Penny again. However Nee waved to someone off screen.

"Huh? Who me? But I don't know how to..."

Neo nodded moving of screen as Penny nodded too, smiling and patting the seat next to her. "Please do! It is easy. You could just say hello to the viewers and then read the questions if you would like? But you do not have to if you don't want to do it."

Pyrrha, dressed similarly to the others in a custom skin tight workout outfit with her name and colors, leans into frame before turning and waving. "I suppose that's fine. I used to get interviewed a lot... Hello again! I hope you'll join us later for morning exercises today! Even if you don't or can't join in, I sincerely hope it motivates you for your day positively!" She takes a seat next to Penny who hands her the tablet with the questions and comments.

"*Ahem* "L1nc0lngr33n" writes, "I love how positive your channel is! Watching you all enjoy yourselves and especially your positive attitude and energy Penny makes my day! Thank you and everyone else for sharing so much on your channel!" Awwww... what a nice fan letter!"

Penny nodded beaming happily. "Yes and thank you, "L1nc0lngr33n" for reaching out and sharing that positivity back with us! I think that is wonderful! We recieve a lot of comments like this one and while we try to write back to as many as we can it's almost impossible. But I want "L1nc0lngr33n" and everyone else to know that we do read and treasure them all! We appreciate so much of the kind support we have been given by all of you! I want you to know that and take this moment to say that you are all special to us!"

Pyrrha nods smiling. "That's true. We appreciate everyone who has been tuning in and checking out the channel! Thank you all!" She looks down at the tablet. "Oh! And after the last one was so nice." She looks at Penny. "Are you sure you want this one next?"

Penny nodded smiling and clenching her fists determined. "Yes, please!"

Pyrrha nodded and smiled. She understood. Penny wanted to answer some tough questions and even some hate mail. "Right... "Socrates" writes "You say how much you love Prime and it's institutions as well as being here and owned. You claim to be made happy by these things but how can you? Are you just lying or are you self deluded? Or have you been mentally altered after all?"

Penny smiled. "Firstly hello "Socrates" and thank you for writing in!" She waved to the camera. "I hope to answer your questions to the best of my abilities! Firstly let us start with your last question and proceed in that order. I have not been altered in anyway, shape or form. I'm just me, myself. I'm not lying. I can tell. I still have a bit of a tick where I sneeze if I tell a falsehood. No sneezing." She tapped her chin. "I suppose I could be self deluded but I don't believe so and it would be hard to tell, just like everyone else... and is not a tiny bit of self delusion normal for most human beings in one way or another? It is part of the being human condition from my understanding..."

She nodded smiling. "We get this question a lot! The "how can you be happy" question." She tilted her head a bit thoughtfully. "I think it all depends on an individual and their point of view." She nodded and took Pyrrha's hand. "For some of us it is a second chance of sorts. Isn't that wonderful? And for others who had bad ends or unhappy ones it's a chance at something better. Of course there are no guarantees. Some will undoubtedly find they might not like it here... but we do! I do! I love Prime for giving me and those like us a second chance! Infact I'd like to say to characters out there who might not be happy, I'm sorry you aren't happy but I am and... maybe you can be too!" She nodded smiling. "I hope you can find some part of your life here on Prime that you can enjoy, that does make you happy, and embrace it. I hope that helps you to change your way of thinking for yourself like I did! The truth is I wasn't very happy upon first coming here... but through the experiences I had and the love of my master I realized that I could be if I embraced it. I could even be happier than I had ever been before! And so I did and I am! I love Prime! I love my new friends and family! I love my owner and master! And they love me back! And that makes me so happy! I could not have experienced any of these things anywhere else but here! So I do! I love Prime! I think places like RealDreams, Rein Corp and 3S are doing potentially wonderful things and my experiences have been far more good than bad... or maybe that's just my point of view."

Pyrrha squeezed Penny's hand smiling. "No. I agree with that as well!" She looked at Neo and Manami who nodded off camera. "The others do too! For us this really has been wonderful and..." she hugged Penny shedding a happy tear. "And any world where you and I can be together like this? Can't be all bad!"

Penny hugged her back smiling and nodding. "Yes, I quite agree! All of us together like this and the wonderful people we've met and things we've experienced? Only here could something like this happen!" She sees Neo and Manami nodding and give her a thumbs up. They felt the same. When they stopped hugging she smiled at the camera. "I hope you all can be happy too! No matter how bad you think your situation is I want you to know that someone is out there cheering for you and hoping for your happiness!"

Pyrrha nodded and looked back at the tablet. "Oh... Uhm, here's one more but I don't think we should..."

Penny blinked and looked at the next one and nodded smiling. "Please continue!"

Pyrrha blinked and nodded. "You're sure?" Seeing Penny smile she shrugged. "Alright... " FullofWoe" writes, "Penny. I despise you. Your cheery disposition? Your positive attitude? I find your very existence to be an anathema to my own existence. Your sachrine sweetness repulses me. I loathe you from the darkest recesses of my heart and I wanted you to know it. Sincerely, FullofWoe." Penny...," Pyrrha swallowed what kind of twisted person could hate Penny? "You don't have to-"

Penny smiled wide and nodded. "You're very welcome, "FullofWoe"! Thank you for taking the time to write in! That was very nice of you and I appreciate it! And thank you to everyone out there for tuning in, watching and liking, subscribing, commenting or writing in!"

Pyrrha almost laughed and had to cover her mouth. Of course! That's just how Penny is! Even Manami was struggling to keep a straight face and grinning while giving her the sign to "wrap it up"... Though Neo was out and out silently guffawing! Neo barely managed to type out on her phone [Plug store] " Well I see we're just about out of time..."

"Oh dear," Penny said. "That went so fast! I hope we can do this again soon! I enjoyed this!"

Pyrrha nodded smiling. "I did as well and I think others will as well. Quick reminder that the "store" is open. Get some "Salutations" T-shirts, "Time to make the Cookies" Aprons, "Boy Howdy" coffee mugs or-"

"Or "I hate Penny" stickers," Penny butted in smiling. "I'll make sure to make them and to set one aside for your future order "FullofWoe"!"

"And... Cut!" Manami says smiling. "Great job you guys! Depending on the response we get we may want to do this again!"

Neo nodded typing, [Could be a regular feature from time to time. Like Walt's interviews]

Penny shrugged but nodded smiling. "As long as it makes someone happy!" She held Pyrrha's hand. "Shall we go meet the others for our run?"

Pyrrha smiled and took Neo's hand who grabbed Manami grinning. "Let's!"
