Tick Tock: Fiancé Shows Up Before Mr. Howard can finish (Suspicion: +5 Tenure: -20)

*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

"Fuck!" Mr. Howard said in a hushed whisper as a rapt knocking emanated from his office door. Leah began to panic as she hastily put her clothes back in order.

"Mr. Howard." A muffled female voice came through the door. "I have a visitor out here for someone." The older secretary surely thought it was a surprise visit and was no doubt smiling on the other side of the door unware of the lured action that had just taken place beyond her desk area.

"Uh...Yes....Jus--just a minute Amber." Principal Howard scrambled to fix his belt and zipper with a curse under his breath. Leah hoped that her fiancé and the secretary hadn't been able to hear anything from before or the mad dash to get presentable. Mr. Howard finally reached the door, unlocked it with an audible click. Leah cringed as he did so. She knew that a locked door would add some suspicion. Two adults--male and female behind a locked door...alone.

*Oh God why?*

The door swung open and revealed Amber and Jonathan. Leah's fiancé was holding a bouquet of flowers and looking about a bit pensive. Had he heard something?

Leah "stood up" from the seat she had hastily taken and acted surprised.

"Look who's here" Amber said enrapt by the romantic gesture of a good looking young man. Maybe she thought back to her younger days when men brought her flowers. She was always one for talking about everyone's relationships at the school.

"Oh Jonathan!" Leah cooed as she moved toward her fiance.

"Ah Jonathan," Mr. Howard said nodding "Good to see you again. How are you?" He stuck his hand out to shake.

"Its going well Mr. Howard," they shook "I hope I wasn't interrupting anything."

"Oh no no problem at all." Mr. Howard said as he released his grip on Jonathan's hand "we were just...uh...discussing Miss Williams Tenure....and how that process works along with some learning strategies we want to implement this year. But please--don't let me interrupt you two." he showed them the door and Leah gave Jonathan a quick kiss. She died inside knowing what she had just been doing. They took their interaction out into the office area. Mr. Howard would be angry that he wasn't able to get his rocks off--but that was like sometimes.

Leah accepted the flowers from Jonathan and she was able to escape the clutches of that bastard in the office.
