I growl accepting his terms. Then the lightning circles the man in a ball of light starting from his hands, transforming him into a bear made of lightning.

"Challenging a master of shapeshifting was a mistake boy", he growls and charges.

I swipe at his approaching form with my bestially empowered arm landing a solid hit, but I am filled with a electric shock.

The pain is excruciating, and I almost collapse to the ground as my arm seizes. The pain also breaks my tunnel vision focus on the lightning bear and I become aware of Nadia screaming at me from my back.

I fight my instincts to reengage lightning bear and run. Nadya fires arrows at the lightning bear's form every time the get close to closing in on us.

I feel Nadya nudge my side with her leg and start to move away from the quarrelling deities. She guides me to the sacred pools.

I enter waters and feel myself shifting back to a humanoid form, though it's different than what I remember.

Nadya looks over my body with a predatory carnal hunger from the pools edge.
