Throw a few gold coins in the air

You briefly consider just punching the guy closest to you in the face, but decide on starting a fight in a slightly more discrete fashion—one that was less likely to end up with you getting beaten half to ****.

You pull out a few coins from your pocket and flip them in the air, directly into a group of pirates. You pull back into the shadows and grab your drink, hearing the angry shouts begin.

Punches are thrown, and in no time the group's little squabble over the coins expands across the entire bar. A couple missed punches that hit unsuspecting passerby, a few shoved bodies, and several spilled drinks later—the tavern is one giant brawl. Captain Blood rolls up her sleeves, and before jumping into the fray, looks you in the eye and grins.

"I liked your trick with the coins. You're more clever than you look. Going to join?"

You respond with a grin of your own and jump in behind her.
